Operating construction equipment is unlawful between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays, and between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on weekends and legal holidays, unless for approved public works projects. Equipment must have effective sound-control devices. Generator testing in residential districts is permitted Monday-Saturday, 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., but not on Sundays or federal holidays.

Public entertainment establishments operating radios, televisions, stereos, drums, musical instruments, sound amplifiers, or similar devices are unlawful between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. if they create noise across a property boundary disturbing peace, health, and comfort. Use of loudspeakers causing loud or raucous noise disturbing the neighborhood is prohibited.

Noise ordinances for barking dogs are enforced by the city. Broward County has a leash law, with Coral Springs residents reporting violations to their local animal control.

Unnecessary or excessive sounding of horns is prohibited. Operating powered model vehicles is unlawful between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. if it disturbs peace, health, and comfort. Operating motorboats in waterways in a manner that disturbs peace, health, and comfort is also prohibited.

Yelling, shouting, hooting, whistling, or singing on public streets between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in a disturbing manner is prohibited. Loading, unloading, or compacting items like boxes, crates, containers, or garbage cans in a disturbing manner is unlawful. Landscape and yard equipment operation is restricted between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays, and 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on weekends and legal holidays.
