Yelling, shouting, hooting, whistling, or singing in public streets or where sound can be heard from public streets, particularly between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, if it annoys or disturbs. Residents may perform lawn and landscape maintenance activities on their own property from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Commercial lawn and landscape maintenance is permitted in residential areas Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and in non-residential areas Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No commercial work on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
