Repairing, rebuilding, or testing motor vehicles in residential areas between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is unlawful. Making or causing a commotion or unnecessarily loud noise, or loud or profane music from a motor vehicle, disturbing the peace or annoying neighbors, is unlawful.
Publicly audible alarms must automatically shut off after 15 minutes. Owners are in violation if they sound longer or fail to install a shut-off device.
