"The Las Cruces noise ordinance does not currently define specific decibel limits, making enforcement difficult. A 2019 study proposed 72 dBA at 25 feet for commercial and industrial zones during daytime hours, and 67 dBA for residential zones (day and night) and commercial/industrial zones at night. These proposed limits have not been formally adopted."
