Keeping any animal or bird that, by causing frequent or long-continued noise, disturbs the comfort and repose of any person in the vicinity, where such noise can be distinctly heard outside the property line, is prohibited.

Prohibits unnecessary noise from horns, bells, or other warning devices (except as a danger signal), vehicles out of repair creating loud noises, and the unreasonable discharge of exhaust. Motor vehicles producing sound exceeding 95 decibels measured five feet from the source are prohibited.
