Repairing, rebuilding, modifying, or testing any motor vehicle or watercraft in a residential district or quiet zone, or within 500 feet of a residence, is a noise disturbance per se between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Excessive spinning of tires or unnecessary racing of a motor vehicle engine in a nonresidential district causing a noise disturbance is also prohibited. Vehicle radio/sound systems cannot be audible 30 feet from the vehicle.

Activities within Pizza Hut Park are exempt from general noise regulations if conducted between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday. Noise disturbances outside these hours at the park are per se violations.
